PROGRAM

Day One: Sofia - Maldives
Flight from Sofia Airport to Male.

Day Two: Male
Arrival in Male. Welcome by the partner company and transfer to the selected hotel by speedboat, seaplane, or domestic flight. Arrival at the hotel and check-in. Overnight stay.

Day Three - Eight: Maldives
Maldives vacation: Sun, white powdery sand, the waters of the Indian Ocean, hundreds of deserted islets, warm lagoons with leisurely shimmering shades of blue, turquoise, and green, "underwater gardens" of corals. The association our minds make when mentioning the Maldives is exoticism, romance, relaxation, and the caressing warmth that this tropical paradise bestows upon us. We assure you, this is exactly what you will find here.
For all water sports enthusiasts and underwater world explorers, there is an opportunity for additional excursions from the hotels.
You are now far from noise and stress, you are in your place, the dream island, the dream bay, a romantic movie, and miraculously, you are the main characters. Stroll around your almost deserted island, caress the waters of the warm ocean, dive into this living water, home to more than 700 species of fish. In the open ocean, you can encounter dolphins, sharks, giant manta rays.

Day Nine: Male - Sofia
Breakfast. Transfer to Male airport. Landing in Sofia on the next day.

The package price is in Euro and includes:

• Round-trip flight ticket Sofia – Male - Sofia and checked baggage up to 23 kg and hand luggage up to 8 kg;
• Airport taxes;
• 7 nights on the respective meal basis;
• Airport-hotel-airport transfers by speedboat, domestic flight, or seaplane;
• Meet and greet in the Maldives in English/Russian;
• Medical insurance with coverage of 15,000 EUR, including COVID-19 risk, in case of illness abroad and covering on-site treatment;

The price does not include:

• Personal expenses
• PCR or antigen tests, if required
• Food, drinks, and services not mentioned in the program
• Travel Cancellation Insurance
• Excursions offered on-site

* The airline reserves the right to change flight departure and arrival times, for which the company will inform its passengers in a timely manner.

Conditions:

• A valid international passport with at least 6 months validity after the return date is required for travel to the Maldives. No visa or additional vaccines are required.
• The trip has no medical requirements for immunizations.
• The tour price is calculated at an exchange rate of 1 USD = 1.82 BGN;
• Price changes are possible in case of: changes in transport costs (fuel), airport, port, etc. fees; a change of more than 3% in the exchange rate between the date of contract conclusion and departure; unforeseen price increases by our partners, as well as in other objectively necessary cases.
• Minimum number of travelers - none.
• Payment conditions:
  • Deposit upon booking: 1000 EUR.
  • Second deposit of 1000 EUR up to 60 days before departure.
  • Full payment up to 30 days before departure.

Cancellation deadlines and penalties:

• From the day after signing the contract until 60 days before the departure date – none.
• From 59 to 31 days before the departure date, the full amount of the deposit of 2000 EUR.
• In case of cancellation less than 30 days before departure – the full contract amount.

Cancellations without penalties and refunds:

• If the trip is canceled by the Tour Operator, the amount will be refunded within 7 days from the cancellation day;
• If travel is impossible due to prohibition or restrictions as a result of the epidemiological situation related to COVID-19, the amount paid will be refunded in full within 14 days from the departure date.

COVID-19 related requirements are subject to reconfirmation, as changes are possible.

As of 01.06.2022, there are no entry requirements for the country.

Additionally, for your security, "Travel Cancellation" insurance can be purchased for an extra fee.

Travelers have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract at any time before the start of the tourist package, after paying the respective amounts according to the cancellation terms and penalties.

If the USER voluntarily terminates their trip during its duration, all additional expenses, including transport costs, are at their own expense.

The USER has the right to transfer their right to travel to a third party within a period appropriate to the specifics of the destination, issuance of international flight tickets, and no later than 7 days before the departure date for charter flights, obliging to pay THE TOUR OPERATOR only the amounts due related to a possible change of names at the hotel.

Travel conditions during the Covid-19 pandemic are variable, and the final conditions will be announced by the tour operator as the departure date approaches.

In case of a state of emergency or epidemic situation, clients are fully informed that travel conditions may be changed and dynamic, adapting to the current situation before the trip takes place. The tour operator will inform its clients in a timely manner of any changes to travel conditions.

Required Covid-19 tests for travel are at the client's expense. The tour operator offers its clients the opportunity to take the tests at one of the tour operator's partner laboratories, taking advantage of a special discount.

Travel for persons with reduced mobility: The trip is suitable for persons with reduced mobility.

The Tour Operator has "Tour Operator Liability" insurance under Art. 97 of the Tourism Act, with policy No: 1329230126000001 of "Generali Insurance" AD.
