New Year in Side 2026 - Flight Program

✈️ Program:

Day 1 (29.12): Flight from Sofia (SOF) to Antalya (AYT). Transfer to the selected hotel and check-in after 2:00 PM. Overnight stay.

Day 2-4: Free time for relaxation, spa treatments, or individual exploration. Optional excursions available locally. Overnight stay.

Day 5 (02.01): Check-out from the rooms. Transfer to Antalya Airport (AYT) for the charter flight back to Sofia (SOF).

💳 Early Booking & Payment Conditions

The published prices include an early booking discount.
A 30% deposit is required upon booking confirmation.
Full payment is due 21 working days before departure (no later than 02.12.2025).
The specific hotel's conditions apply for changes/cancellations.

🏨 Travel & Accommodation Conditions

Check-in at hotels is after 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM.
The third bed in a triple room is usually an extra/rollaway bed.
PROMO/ECONOMY rooms may have disadvantages (size, view, etc.).
In case of need for medical assistance, contact the assistance company first.

📄 REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

A valid ID card or passport with at least 6 months of validity after the return date.
For non-EU citizens, please check visa requirements.

ℹ️ ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

A minimum of 20 participants is required for the program to be conducted.
Notification deadline if the minimum is not met: 30 days before departure.
The tour operator has a "Tour Operator Liability" insurance policy.
