Program

Day 1: Charter flight from Sofia Airport to Bodrum Airport (Milas). Transfer to the selected hotel. Check-in after 14:00. Overnight stay.

Day 2 to Day 7: Free time. Optional excursions available at an additional cost on-site. Overnight stay.

Day 8: ТTransfer from the hotel to Bodrum Airport (Milas). Charter flight to Sofia Airport.

Flight Information Bodrum - Thursdays from 22.05 to 26.06 & from 28.08 to 25.09.2025:

Departure:         Sofia 06:00 – Bodrum 07:25
Arrival:         Bodrum 08:25 – Sofia 09:50

Information on Group Transfers (Airport-Hotel-Airport):

Didim area - approximately 1.5 hours each way;


The Package Price Includes:

  • Charter flight from Sofia to Bodrum and back
  • Round-trip transfers between Bodrum Airport and the selected hotel
  • 7 nights at the chosen hotel with the selected meal plan
  • 20 kg checked luggage and 7 kg hand luggage
  • On-site service in Turkey provided by the tour operator's Turkish partner
  • Airport taxes of €79 per person
  • Travel medical insurance  "Assistance Abroad" by ZAD "Lev Ins" with coverage up to €10,000 per insured person (valid only for persons under 70 years of age)
  • The Package Price Does Not Include:
  • Personal expenses
  • Optional excursions
  • Possible fuel surcharge applied by the airline within 20 days before the flight date
  • Additional insurance costs for travelers aged 70–79
  • "Trip Cancellation", insurance, which can be purchased at the time of booking or within the insurer's specified deadline.  
    Early Booking Terms:
  • Prices include an early booking discount and are valid if reservations and payments are made by the deadline specified for each hotel or until the hotel withdraws the offer
  • For cancellations of reservations with early booking discounts, where the travel date cannot be changed, the client loses 100% of the amount paid
  • Any changes to the reservation (dates, hotel, transportation, or traveler name) after the initial booking incur a service fee of BGN 50. This does not apply to changes involving all names in a room, which the hotel considers a new booking and charges according to current rates, changes to reservations are subject to current rates at the time of modification
  • A 30% deposit of the package price is required for all early booking reservations with the balance payable 22 days before the program's start date


    Passport and Visa Requirements:
  • Visa-free travel for Bulgarian passport holders
  • Valid international passport or ID card valid for at least 3 months after the end of the trip
  • Travel and Hotel Accommodation Terms:
  • Hotel check-in is after 14:00, and check-out is by 12:00 at the latest
  • For triple occupancy in a double room, the third bed is typically an extra bed, often a sofa bed, and the third person pays a reduced price as per the offer
  • ПFor two adults traveling with one or two children, the third and fourth beds are usually sofa beds. Child discounts apply only when traveling with two full-paying adults!
  • Medical insurance for charter programs has a coverage limit of €10,000 per person. Travelers may opt for higher coverage for an additional cost
  • The tour operator is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten luggage during the trip or stay at the hotel
  • PROMO и ECONOMY hotel rooms are offered at lower prices due to specific drawbacks compared to standard rooms, such as smaller size, extreme location, ground floor, no balcony, smaller bathrooms, older furnishings, or other issues
  • Prices for optional excursions in Turkey are determined by the local operator. Their organization and operation are solely under the local operator’s responsibility!
  • For medical insurance claims, travelers must first contact the assistance company listed on their insurance policy issued by ZAD "Lev Ins" Failure to do so invalidates the insurance, and the insurer will not reimburse medical expenses in full.
