Important Note: Each hotel reserves the right to change prices at any time.

Tour Itinerary:

1. Departure: Every Friday at 13:00 from Sofia bus station "Serdika", OMV gas station next to hotel "St. Petersburg" in Plovdiv, Trakia highway Gazprom Dimitrovgrad (towards exit), Harmanli (departure towards border).

2. Travel: Duration approximately 16-18 hours. Rest stops every 2.5 - 3 hours.

3. Arrival: Morning arrival in the selected resort (Bodrum, Kusadasi, or Didim).

4. Check-in: After 14:00 in the selected hotel.

5. Stay: 7 nights at the hotel, opportunity for additional excursions.

6. Check-out: By 12:00, free time.

7. Return Travel: Afternoon departure from the resort, arrival in Bulgaria. Tour operator reserves the right to change departure time and carrier.

The Package Price Includes:

- Transportation with licensed comfortable buses for international transport.

- 7 nights at the selected hotel.

- Medical insurance 5000 EUR (surcharge over 65 years old).

- Highway tolls.

- Service during the trip.

- Service by a representative of the partner company in Turkey.

The Package Price Does Not Include:

- Optional excursions (organized by local companies, the tour operator is not responsible).

- Medical insurance surcharge for ages 65 to 80+.

- Personal expenses.

- Transfers from other locations.

- "Cancellation of Travel" insurance (available on day of contract).

Required Documents:

Valid international passport (valid for at least 60 days after the end of the visa or visa-free stay). Permanent ID cards must be issued within the last 10 years.

HB: (Breakfast and dinner).

ALL INCLUSIVE: (Food and local drinks).

ULTRA ALL INCLUSIVE: (Food and local and imported drinks, non-branded).

Notification Deadlines:

For 7 nights every Friday - no minimum number of tourists. For other durations (5, 7, 9, 10, 12) - minimum 25 tourists.

Notification deadline for insufficient numbers: 20 days (over 6 days), 7 days (2 to 6 days), 48 hours (under 2 days).

Conditions for Early Bookings:

Discounted prices are valid until a specified date for each hotel. Funds are non-refundable in case of cancellation except if the date is changed or a replacement is found (surcharges apply). Name changes are subject to a 20 BGN fee.

General Conditions:

- Check-in after 14:00, check-out by 12:00. Services before/after these times are extra.

- Meals start from lunch/dinner and end with breakfast/lunch, based on the package type.

- Non-compliance with the meal schedule is penalized.

- Triple occupancy - third bed is an extra bed. Standard bed only for family room/apartment.

- Rooms with sea view/main part of hotel are subject to a surcharge.

- PROMO/ECONOMY rooms are lower priced but have limitations.

- Tour operator can assist with medical help, but is not liable.

- All incl/Ultra incl concepts are determined by hotels.

- Children with only one parent need a declaration and birth certificate.

- Children with a different family name need birth certificates.

- All children have a seat on the bus.
