Program:

• First day: Departure from Sofia by luxury coach at around 1:30 p.m. from Serdika international bus station, from "SHELL Pazardzhik" gas station on "Trakia" highway at 2:30 p.m., from "OMV" gas station to St. Petersburg hotel in Plovdiv at 3:15 p.m., from the "Gazprom" gas station at the exit from Dimitrovgrad in the direction of Haskovo at 4:30 p.m. Overnight journey!
• Second day: Arrival at the resort early in the morning. Check-in at the selected hotel after 2:00 p.m.
• Third to eighth day: Free time. Additional excursions on request, payable at the time.
• Ninth day: Leaving the hotel room at 12:00 p.m. at the latest. Departure from the respective hotel to Bulgaria after 1:30 p.m.
• Tenth day: Arrival in Plovdiv after 8:00 a.m. and in Sofia after 10:00 a.m.

Conditions for early registration:

• The announced prices include a discount for early booking and are valid upon booking and payment until the date announced for each hotel or until it is canceled by the hotel
• For bookings with Early Booking discounts, in case of travel cancellation and inability to change the travel date, the User forfeits 100% (one hundred percent) of the deposited amount.
• For any change regarding the reservation (period, hotel, means of transport or traveler's name), after the initial registration, a service fee of BGN 50 is deducted. It does not apply to changing all names in a room, which the hotel accepts as a new reservation and charges according to current price conditions. Any change to a reservation is charged and paid according to the current price conditions at the time of the change.

For all Early Bird reservations, we require a deposit of 30% of the package price, payable up to 20 days prior to the program start date.

Package price includes:

• Transport by licensed coach on the relevant route
• 7 nights in a hotel of your choice on your chosen meal basis
• Tour operator representative during the trip
• On-site service in Turkey by the tour operator's Turkish partner
• All highway and ferry charges
• Medical insurance " Help when traveling abroad " in ZAD "Lev Ins" with coverage up to 5,000 euros per insured person (including coverage for COVID-19) for tourists under 70 years of age

The package price does not include:

• Personal expenses
• Additional excursions
• Additional payment for medical insurance for persons aged 70 to 79 in the amount of BGN 20 per person
• " Travel Cancellation " insurance , which is concluded at the client's request on the day of signing the travel package contract or within the period specified by the insurer
• Possible fuel tax, which can be charged up to 20 days before the date of travel

Passport and visa requirement data:

• Visa-free travel for citizens with Bulgarian passports
• Valid foreign passport or identity card for at least 3 months after the end of the holiday

Conditions for travel and hotel accommodation:

• Seating in the coach is allocated by the order of registration of the tourists
• Check-in at the hotels is after 2:00 p.m., and check-out is by 12:00 p.m. at the latest.
• When accommodating three adults in a double room, the third bed is of the "extra" type, usually a sofa bed, therefore the third adult pays a lower price as per offer
• When accommodating two adults with one or two children, the third and fourth beds are almost always sofa beds. Children receive a discount only when staying with two full-paying adults!
• Coach number, driver's phone number and exact departure time are announced two days before departure, and tourists are responsible for informing themselves
• Medical insurance has a limit of up to 5000 euros per person, though every tourist has the right to insure himself for a higher amount against an additional payment
• The tour operator is not responsible for lost, stolen or forgotten luggage during the trip or stay at the relevant hotel;
• PROMO and ECONOMY rooms in hotels are rooms advertised at a lower price due to a lower standard of rooms, e.g. they are often smaller, without a balcony or terrace or with a smaller bathroom.
• Prices of additional field trips in Turkey are determined by the local tour operator. The organisation of the excursions on site depends solely on the local tour operator!
• If you need to use the medical insurance, you must first contact the company serving the persons insured in ZAD "Lev Ins" on the telephone numbers indicated on the insurance policy. If you skip this step, your insurance will not be applied, and the insurer will not reimburse you for the full cost of medical services.
