TRAVEL ROUTE BY DATES AND TIMES:
• Departure dates are announced in the price tables for each hotel.
• Departure at 13.00. from Sofia "Serdika" bus station, from Plovdiv - OMW gas station to "St. Petersburg" hotel, Trakia Gazprom Dimitrovgrad highway from to the exit, Harmanli departure to the border, crossing.
• The duration of the trip is about 16-18 hours. During the trip, breaks are taken at the designated places every 2.5 - 3 hours.
• Early morning arrival in Kusadasi. After 2:00 p.m. check-in at the selected hotel.
• Check out of the hotel by 12:00. Free time.
• The tour operator reserves the right to change the time of departure and the carrier, in the event of objective reasons that require this and are beyond its control.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: valid international passport
• The Ministry of Foreign Affairs informs that as of 31.12.2014, citizens whose passports or documents used instead of passports do not have a validity period of at least sixty days from the date of expiry of the visa, the visa-free grace period (90 days within six months) or the period of validity of the residence permit.
• In connection with the above, we strongly recommend that Bulgarian citizens, before traveling to the Republic of Turkey, check whether their passports are valid in accordance with the stated requirements.
• For holders of a permanent identity card, it should have a date of issue up to 10 years ago, counted from the date of departure. If it is older, your trip can only take place with a passport!

Deadline for notifying the user when this number has not been dialed:
• 20 days before the start of the implementation of the tourist package - in the case of trips with a duration greater than 6 days;
• 7 days before the start of the implementation of the tourist package - in the case of trips lasting from two to 6 days;
48 hours before the start of the implementation of the tourist package - in the case of trips with a duration of less than two days.
EARLY REGISTRATION CONDITIONS IN TURKEY SUMMER 2024!
• Prices with discounts for early booking are only valid if a reservation is made and payment is made by the dates announced for each hotel.
• If the tourist is unable to travel with an early registration reservation, the amounts paid and deposited are not refunded, except in the cases when the tourist chooses another date and pays for it at the relevant rate at the moment or finds other people to replace him and accordingly they also pay the holiday amount according to the rates at the moment only if the deadlines for refusing to travel according to the contract with the client are met!
• Each name change upon reservation is subject to a BGN 20 fee!
GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION IN THE RESORTS OF TURKEY!
• The USER's room is booked after 14.00 on the day of check-in and must be vacated by 12.00 on the day of departure. Any longer stay is paid additionally on the spot by the tourist.
• Before check-in or after check-out according to the announced hours, no services are used in the hotels or they are used for an additional fee.
• The number of meals is determined depending on the number of nights booked and paid for in the respective mode: breakfast only, breakfast and dinner or All Inclusive (all inclusive). When staying in hotels on an ALL INCLUSIVE basis (food and local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks), meals always start with lunch or dinner depending on the rules of the respective hotel, never with breakfast! Starting a package at check-in with lunch, it ends with breakfast on the last day. Starting with dinner, ends with lunch!
• Non-compliance or abuse of the meal plan is sanctioned by the hotel management.
• When three people are accommodated in a room with three beds in a standard room, the third person benefits from a discount on the price and is accommodated on an extra bed. A third adult or children can be accommodated on a standard bed only if a family room or suite is paid for.
• Accommodation in rooms with a sea view or rooms in the main part of the hotel is carried out only in cases where an additional payment for this is announced and paid in advance at the offices or representative offices of the TOUR OPERATOR.
• PROMO or ECONOMY rooms in hotels are rooms at a lower price due to smaller size, end room, no terrace, ground floor, smaller bathroom, old furniture or some other problem;
• The tour operator and local partners can provide assistance in case of need for medical assistance, but are not responsible for non-compliance with the insurer's general terms and conditions by the user.
• All inclusive concepts; Ultra All incl; High class all incl, etc. are determined individually by each hotel and do not guarantee the availability of certain types of food, beverages and services.
• Persons traveling with one parent or without parents present, in addition to an international passport, a notarized declaration from one or both parents and a birth certificate, as well as a copy thereof.
• If the families of the children and parents do not match, in addition to the international passports and the birth certificate of the children, as well as a copy of it, they are presented to the border authorities.
